By using the ClipArc Chrome extension ("Extension"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Service

ClipArc is a completely free, locally operating note‑taking / digital vault extension. It runs in your browser and connects to no servers. The extension is provided "as is" and the developer makes no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

2. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the extension for lawful purposes only.
• You are responsible for backing up your own data. ClipArc is not responsible for data loss due to local storage failures or browser data clearing.
• Reverse engineering, copying the source code or unauthorised distribution of the extension is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

The ClipArc logo, design and code are the intellectual property of the developer, Furkan. Notes and content created by the user belong entirely to the user.

4. Limitation of Liability

The developer of ClipArc cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the extension. Since the extension collects no data, there is no risk of a data breach; however, security vulnerabilities on the user's device are not the developer's responsibility.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated without prior notice. The current version will always be available on the extension page.
